The balcony is also large and equipped with a chairs and a table, where one can drink coffee (from the coffee machine in the room!). The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is self is a bit distant from Konstanz and Bodensee but if one has a car it's merely a short drive. It's really quiet and one can spend a wonderful time in the terrace during the evening or during breakfast. Also there is free parking in the facility with is easy to access.

I had seen a lot of comments about bathroom not so comfortable, but be reminded that you are not booking a 5 star hotel. It's a small apartment at a very reasonable cost. So, in terms of overall facilities, including bathroom, it's very decent with the amount that you pay.
