It’s not near the centre but it was such lovely neighbourhood and it felt always safe, even at night which is not something you can easily say about Milan nowadays
Conveniently located a short ride from Milan Linate Airport and Metro Line 4. Moxy Milan Linate Airport offers a stylish and pet friendly accommodation in Segrate, complete with free WiFi.

The hotel is very close to the airport. If you don't have a lot of luggage you can even walk to the airport from there. The room is modern and clean.

Excellent location and services for catching a flight out of Linate or when needing a bed on flying into Linate before continuing the journey. The rooms are excellent with very comfortable bed and with useful bathroom amenities. The food and wine in the restaurant were very good. The whole hotel staff from front desk, bar, restaurant and shuttle bus were all very friendly and helpful as well as being very courteous and professional.

The mist horrible and dangerous looking place.
The mist horrible and dangerous looking place. We never gained entrance as there was nobody to let us in. We went there twice but still no one to let us in. We had to look for alternative Accomodation but we couldn’t get one until about 2am as everywhere were fully booked. The worst experience of our lives.

It was close to Linate airport.
It was close to Linate airport. Had shuttle service to/from the hotel. The charge from hotel back to the airport was 3 Euros per person and was there within 10 minutes. However, they are very strict about the 2PM check-in time and will not offer an early check-in would have been nice after arriving in the morning after flight from the US. I knew that when messaging the hotel before we left the US, but hoped a room might be available. The front desk was helpful for us to get to the Milan train station the next morning.

As far as I can tell, the primary reason for going to Segrate is to reach Linate airport. That may be unfair, but that is the only reason I went there. We had spent a few days in Milan before a trip to other places in northern Italy; but this stop was merely to get us to the airport on time for our trip home.

Overall I found the best western a good hotel option for flight convenience. Front desk staff were excellent but felt it was a shame about the restaurant as it was a let down especially as I had read mostly good reviews so was quite a disappointment as we hadn’t had a chance to eat before we arrived.

This is not a big city, so don't expect too much.
This is not a big city, so don't expect too much.
The biggest downside is the lack of numerous restaurants and supermarkets and this is what we put in the first place but unfortunately it wasn't too much.
Great and welcoming staff at the reception, and nice food choices at the hotel's restaurant/bar.
I would stay here again because of the proximity to the airport.
It gets quiet at night so no planes will be bothering you during your sleep.
If you are travelling by car I would honestly recommend asking the staff if it's possible to arrange to leave the car at the hotel's paid parking area considering the unbeatable daily price when compared to the airport's parking fees.
Breakfast is great.
Room is clean, just the problem is that you don’t have queen bad but two twins bad.
Location is 30 minutes from Duomo, but you have public bus number 73 just 2 minutes from Hotel that brings you at Duomo, also the bus 73/ that leaves you 2 minutes from the hotel, so there is no need for shuttle bus to take and to pay 3 euros for person from Linate Airport.
We had an early flight so we booked a room at this hotel for the night before. Free shuttle service to and from the LIN airport, and there's a metro station in the airport, so it's easy to get to the hotel from the train station, or almost anywhere else in Milan. The staff were professional, the shuttle drivers were terrific, and the free Wifi worked well.
This hotel is very conveniently located just 5min drive from Linate airport. It was super clean and the staff were very helpful. They booked an airport shuttle for us and even had an espresso ready before our departure. the grounds are very welcoming with flowers all around the driveway and you also have your own carport if you are driving.
i like the whole thing of the property. i am so glad that I choose this Residenza Segrate. it was perfect to stay here and it is close to the airport. the rooms are big and it is complete, all you need is there, the bathroom, kitchen and also kitchen wares. and surprisingly my room has a terrace that I didn’t expected.
I always use this hotel, when I arrive and depart Milano Linate airport.
it is at best location from Linate airport within walking distance. of course, you can request the free suttle from/to airport.
the breakfast is very rich and healthy, including many vegetable.
It is rather close to Hospital San Raffaele.
On my way to the hospital I can stop a grocery store on the way
The bus stop is close to the hotel
The restaurant at the ground floor was a good choice for me
The lake is nice
Very friendly staff, the breakfast was fine with us, the room was clean and they gave us a room with terrace.
Perfect location because there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it was accessible.
I always stay at this hotel, when I fly in/out milano.
polite staff, enough room equipment and accommodity.
I love this hotel. I will stay too next time. thank you!
Convenient for Linate airport, street parking was very easy to find next to the hotel, staff member waited for us to arrive late at night which was very nice
