The location was great---right on the water with a little beach and dock. Loved the outdoor tables and hammocks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar a two minute walk away.

I will never stay at Gulf view oceanfront Resort which is only a motel with hard beds horrible customer service and deceptive photos. Marathon is a great stop before going to key west or if you want to fish or do activities. KW isn't a great destination for that. Marathon is much quieter but also closes early. I'd much rather stay in Marathon for a longer part and do an overnight in KW.KeithUnited States - 10Scored 10

Went to Bahia Honda State Park - beaches were ok. They offer paddle boarding and kayak rental there. went on several trails, which were nice. Went on the old 7 mile bridge (cloudy day), but didn't get to see sunrise. Drove out to see mini deers and got to see a glimpse of one (it was not near sunset or sunrise, which is the time they recommend you go to see them).Joo - 10Scored 10

We visited the Sea Turtle Recuse Hospital and it was amazing. They are doing such a great job . We ate at a lot of restaurants that was on our List and a few from recommendations from Jason ( Front desk Clerk-awesome guy). Ryan who checked us in was friendly and had some good recommendations for local restaurants. We enjoyed chilling by the pool, the rooms were spacious and had all we needed. Just a 10/15 min drive from a good beach (perhaps the best in the Keys?). From here we drove down to Key West for the day, a really lovely drive and Key West is not to be missed. Loved the arty/Hippy vibes. Could have stayed here much longer!! Thanks Ryan and the Sea Dell motel for an amazing stay.

Breakfast was outstanding in our last day, items are simple but portions were generous, service was phenomenal and we felt very welcomed and everything was very tasty.
