Situated within 2.8 km of Museum of Military History and 3.3 km of Belvedere Palace, Arbio I Liv's Place Lux Apartments features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vienna. Every single thing! Check-in: our flight was early in the morning and actual room check-in was at around 15:00, however the host allowed us to leave our luggage and begin our adventure in Vienna without worrying about our luggage. Everything is really easy in terms of accessing the building and getting your key. Rooms: you will get everything you need to feel relaxed. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. You will be able to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime for free as there is active subscription for both. We had a large patio with grass and outdoor table and chairs. Absolutely 💯! Location: in a 25 step radius from the entrance of the building is Lidl, Billa, subway and tram. Having the subway so close after a long day of walking was a huge blessing for the whole family. There is also a very nice Irish pub nearby and Pharmacy. For breakfast you have Ankar just on the side of the entrance! Thank you so much for having us and being an amazing host! 👏

Property location is very good. All public transport is near like 5 min walk and also all shops is 5 min walk to property. Quite place so you can sleep normally. All stuff for normal living was there.

Petit luxe Apartment is located in the 11. Simmering district of Vienna, 4.3 km from Museum of Military History, 4.9 km from Belvedere Palace and 5.1 km from Vienna Main Railway Station. Comfortable, looking great, and most things were better then expected. We had everything we needed, 5 min next to the metro and next to tram stops, the metro takes 10 mins to centre, and goes every couple mins. Good value for price

The apartament was very spacious and clean. At 1 minute walk from metro station and from a tram station. Free parking so you don't have to worry about your car.
