I really enjoyed the place. The room was not big, but it had enough space for my needs. It was very well-located and super clean. They have a tea and coffee station at the reception for you to use, and complimentary water in the room as well. The staff was so kind. I had a cough allergy attack while I was burning some time in the common area after checkout, and the guy at the reception offered me a bottle of water to calm down my throat.

A small "coffee room" (with an expresso machine) is an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Situated in Munich, less than 1 km from Karlsplatz (Stachus), Cocoon Hauptbahnhof features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the main station. Quiet street, despite the proximity to the main station. Friendly staff. Able to store bags after check-out, this hotel also has a bit earlier check-in than usual (2PM, typically 3PM is the industry standard) which is nice. There was to my surprise an entire 5-seat couch in my room, nice to just chill with the laptop for a bit.

Enjoying a central location in Münich, this modern hotel is just 600 metres from the Theresienwiese, home of the famous Oktoberfest. It offers free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk and spacious rooms. We stayed here as it was stumbling distance to Oktoberfest as well as a few train stations including the main station (Munchen Hauptbahnhof) which was very useful and cheap to get to the airport. The room itself was spacious and clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel has 2 elevators and we never had to wait long for them. Also convenient was the lederhosen/dirndl shop located directly opposite the hotel during Oktoberfest. The location is not pretty or anything and it was quite pricey during Oktoberfest but the convenience was worth it.
