You step outside to a narrow street full of cool bars and restaurants. The room was beautiful and very very large especially for a hotel room. The breakfast was OK, it wasn't bad, but not good enough to eat there more than once, especially with all the restaurants available in Madrid. The staff also was exceptional friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building with a quadrant in the center.

Hotel Porcel Ganivet is centrally located 150 metres from Madrid’s Puerta de Toledo Metro Station and a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. Excellent location and excellent service! Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a variety of hot foods and fruits. I highly recommend this breakfast option.

The amenities in the apartment were excellent and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were provided some basic food items on arrival and a bottle of wine which were all very much appreciated! A good-sized supermercado is conveniently located on the adjacent block. Would highly recommend this apartment and neighbourhood when staying in Centro area.
