The unique Caro Hotel is housed in a 19th-century palace in central Valencia, just 200 metres from Valencia Cathedral. This hotel would rate as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. From the extremely warm welcome upon our arrival, from the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, to the pillow menu in the very tastefully decorated room. Every convenience was catered for. The location is quiet, yet only a short walk to all the action. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Also, the breakfast was superb.
