We had a wonderful time at Arsan's flat in Valencia. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our work and leisure. The wifi was fast and reliable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the balcony had a great view of the city. Arsan was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. He gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and explore in Valencia. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to. Thank you, Arsan, for making our trip so memorable!

All was perfect, Thank to Esther, she is very nice and friendly and her home was clean and near 20-40 min by walk to all what I wanted to see. I was happy to stay and felt like at home. ♥️

They met at the property to give the keys and explained and showed how everything in the apartment worked. They also spent some time with us explaining about the places to visit and what food to try in the city. Excellent location , easy access by metro or train. The bathrooms hot water available whenever we wanted to use it. Beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood was safe. Overall it was an amazing stay

The position is perfect because one can reach the center through metro or busses. There are three rooms excellent for a family and inside the kitchen there are all the tools needed to cook. Inside the bedrooms there is air conditioning. A supermarket is available near the house. Comfortable beds and pillows. A little living room and inside the bathroom there is a bidet (difficult to find out of Italy).
