Special note to the entire staff, Antonio and Connor, with whom I interacted most of my stay, who made this a fantastic journey! Despite the airline losing my luggage, they were always worried and attentive to help me.

Outstanding hospitality in a perfect location. The hotel is amazingly beautiful, however, what makes it really extraordinary is the staff. They are friendly, professional and competent, trying to make their guests feel comfortable in every aspect. The room was great with a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Water and nespresso pads were refilled daily. Very comfortable beds. We also especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. This trip was my birthday present and we got a cake and even a happy birthday song at arrival. Highly recommended!!

Really nice hotel. 5min walk from Pimlico metro station and 10min from Victoria Station. The hotel’s staff are really nice and helpful. We could leave our bags there even though we arrived early for check in. Room was spacious enough, clean and tidy. There was enough room in the wardrobe for coats and clothes and bathroom and shower were super clean and new. Shower gel, shampoo and soap all first quality. And there is also kettle and coffee machine in the room. Excellent to have a hot drink before going to bed or early in the morning.
