The staff is very well chosen and trained, and every single one of them is extremely friendly, courteous, and they always greet you with a big smile. Spotless! Congratulations.

The position is perfect. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed is luxurious! Views are lovely. Reception is great- every staff member was helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

Hotel s 5 zvjezdica PortoBay Liberdade nalazi se u srcu Lisabona, a nudi smještaj s ozračjem resorta u urbanom okruženju. Ovaj butik hotel nudi unutarnji bazen i besplatan WiFi u cijelom objektu. They send us a cake and a bottle of proseco to our room for my wife's birthday. Also in the restaurant they offered us a cake and proseco. The location is great, the rooms comfortable, the terrace very nice. Also the staff were very nice and helpful.

The 5-star 138 Liberdade Hotel has a décor with contemporary art pieces, along with vintage details. Everything was great from the staff being so friendly, the room and facilities being so clean, parking & breakfast included in the price, etc. We had a wonderful experience overall. We actually had booked a different hotel for our second stay in Lisbon (after going down to the algarves) but after staying in this hotel on our first night, we cancelled the other one and booked here for the 2nd night in Lisbon!
