Jose on reception was extremely helpful with where to visit. John at the door was very welcoming. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were excellent. The beds were comfortable. Room service was good value and excellent food and wine.

Room and the bed linens were clean. Spacious bathroom with enough room for all the towels, soaps, cosmetics, etc. Comfy bed and pillows. And the breakfast was really tasty, a lot to choose from - savory and sweet, from eggs to cereals. I especially liked that I could toast my bread. A bonus was that the staff at the reception had employees who speak English and German language, so both my mom and me could communicate well with them. Metro station is right in front of the hotel entrance (couple of stations to all the other Metro lines) and the lovely Zoo is just 1 metro station away.

Es war alles sauber und komfortabel, auch die Betten waren super bequem! Rollladen am Fenster hat einwandfrei funktioniert und guten Schlaf ermöglicht. Gestellte Lebensmittel zum Frühstück waren ausreichend und die Gemeinschaftsküche war schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war auch immer genügend Wasser vorhanden! Super 😊
