My partner sprained his ankle the day before we arrived. The hotel staff provided ice and a cane and the next day, a wheelchair. Thanks to their kindness he was able to explore this gorgeous city. I am beyond grateful to them! Highly recommend!

The house was great and the people were so nice. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and to share the space with other customers. It is one of the few places in Valencia I guess where you have a private garden.

I loved how much care Adrian and his lovely wife put into this location which is just 15 minutes away on foot from Colon (a main transport connection point for Valencia). Their recommendations really contributed to a better visiting experience too. Their spotlessly clean place has everything a traveler might need: a comfortable bed, an air conditioning system which allows you to set a perfect temperature, a mini-fridge for late night snacks and even some tea & cookies for times of cravings. The breakfast room is accessible from 6-10 everyday and there are just 4-5 tables, but the accommodation venue is small, so it's never crowded. The breakfast items are fresh, delicious and on the sweet side: freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, cookies, cereal & milk, jam & butter, but there's some yoghurt or melted cheese as well. Their coffee is great! I also arrived late & left very early, so it was easier with the self-check-in & check-out process. I'll definitely book them again whenever I'm in Valencia!

very friendly owners, very positive and nice people. they let me leave my luggage after the check out times and i could pick it up any time. overall room is really nice, bed is comfy, quite street so no problems with sleep. overall very nice shower with hot water. Mini hotel was very quite and visitors did not disturb each other.

Excellent location, just 5 minute from all the big plazas'. Big bathroom, good beds. Outstanding hosts, answered whatsapp within minutes. Gave extra bed sheets for free, gave extra heater for free, allowed early checkin.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel in Valencia, and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is close to the most famous beaches in the area (like Las Arenas Beach and Malvarrosa Beach) and very well connected by public transport with the city center. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings and high-end amenities. The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone travelling to Valencia.
