Brilliant location, really near the gondola and the centre of town for restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Being able to buy a lift pass at reception was great. The boot room was handy for ensuring we didn’t have wet boots. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. Great having a mini bar and the prices for this were reasonable.

It's a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a great view of the mountains. The hotel itself was only a short distance and we were very well treated on each of our visits. The menu isn't particularly large but we had two wonderful, if a tad. pricey, dinners there. Breakfast either inside or on the terrace, accompanied by a very good sparkling rose!

L' hotel è in posizione centrale, molto comodo per visitare il centro di Kitzbuhel, con parcheggio privato gratuito. La camere sono ampie e arredate in stile moderno con il terrazzo. La colazione è stata abbondante e varia. Il personale dell'hotel molto cordiale e professionale. Il rapporto tra la qualità e il prezzo sostenuto è corretto, nulla da dire. Sicuramente un hotel da consigliare e ritornarci per una vacanza a Kitzbuhel per chi vuole soggiornare nel centro storico.

Posizione comoda, molto vicino a Kitzbühel e agli accessi sulle piste oltre che alla fermata del bus. Locale per riporre sci e scarponi con riscaldamento molto comoda per gli sciatori. We really enjoyed the spending the last days of summer at Seebichl. Beautiful location, very good breakfast and very nice staff. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere overall, with some great outdoor areas. Thumbs up for the music choice as well.

Very nice property in a beautiful settings. Clean and spacious rooms. nice lobby to hang out for both parents and kids. Gourmet food. Exceptional staff and attention to detail. Large pool with sauna and spa, huge gym for kids with activities.

All staff members were exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Especially Lorena took great care of us during the check-in process as well as during the day as we bombarded her with questions. We were thankful for the upgrade we received and really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Breakfast was great, the spa was a wonderful escape for a few hours and the location was superb to just take a quick stroll through the city.

This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! Special thanks to Patricia at reception and the entire team of all the ladies and gentlement for everything they did to make this trip a memorable one! We will come back!!!

This is an amazing place, close to Kitzbuehl. We travelled here with 2 kids aged below 6 and I must say that we all absolutely loved it. The rooms are beautiful and authentic, the staff and owners are attentive and great! It is a hidden gem, and we will for sure come back! For meals; the house restaurant is awesome and it serves proper Austrian house food, which is great after a long day in the mountains!
