Every detail in the room was awesome, it was also super clean and the staff was always awesome and respectful, responding to my questions. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere or take the tram to any popular attraction.

My Husband and I had a great time at Haikko Manor and Spa! Our room and facilities met all our expectations. The spa zone was nice, there were a lot of different spa activities (a couple of sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and others) and enough space for all the guests. The nature around the hotel was beautiful, a true winter wonderland! A walk around and a small hike after the delicious breakfast - was exactly what we needed. Another nice thing was that we left headphones in our room and lost&found service helped us with arranging the delivery of it to Helsinki. Thanks for your hospitality, Haikko Manor & Spa Team!

Everything was nice! + English-speaking receptionist + a possibility to pay with cash + friendly and very supportive staff. All our questions were answered and all our wishes were taken into account. + a free parking lot near the hotel + a great location. There is a nice park and a great waterfall within a two-minute walk from the hotel. Our 2 year old son liked it! + a great bed + good breakfast + all the amenities listed in the description of accommodation + saunas and swimming pool were included but we didn't go there We want to thank everyone who made our rest so comfortable and calm.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful breakfast, 16th floor bar and pool facilities (although I haven't used the pool being rainy in November), and the location of these facilities is unbeatable. Products from Rituals for the bathroom. The most comfortable pillows I ever had. Quiet. Chromecast if you want to play your own streaming movies (and you have time for that). Nice athmosphere and clever Scandinavian design.
