Nespresso capsules and water refilled everyday. Overextended our expectations. Thank you for creating such a lovely place and lovely experience.

The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! I came to Chania for my birthday, and it was the best ever birthday. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, they elevate the overall experience. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options, and the restaurant also had the best steak I've had in a long time. The view from the room was stunning with an amazing view of the city and sea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay. I'll definitely be back.
