I was skeptical about the rating I saw for the property when I booked it. But it thoroughly deserved it. Was a fantastic place. Excellent location. Very nice, tidy, and spacious rooms. Mr Ping was awesome. He helped us with all the activities and places on the island. He also dropped us to the pier on the checkout date. We really enjoyed our stay, and definitely will visit again.

Located in Thong Sala, Angkana Bungalows adults only features comfortable bungalows with sea views. The property has a tour desk, which organises excursion to tourist attractions. This is a really nice resort, close to Thongsala. Its nice surrondings and really quiet and relaxed place to be. The food is really nice and the staff and the owners are really friendly and helpful and make you feel at home.

Jon the owner was super friendly and helpful the entire time..he gave advice on what to go see on Koh Phangan, recommended bars and a place to rent a scooter. He let me switch to a nicer room right on arrival He gave me a great deal when I extended my stay and even drove me to the taxi station when I left. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a little balcony to hang out in the evening. I slept really well (my room was towards the road, so people motorbikes could be heard quite well, but with earplugs this was no problem). The room had a fridge and a shower with hot water. When I come back to Koh Phangan, I will stay here again for sure!

It’s extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff was amazing. Upon arrival we got cold drinks and they managed to check us in very quickly, even though it was very busy. The staff goes above and beyond. The breakfast was very good and the food you can order was delicious. We ended up staying here for a week as it was so close to Haad Rin Beach. But also the pool (which has salty water) was right on the beach and we saw one of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen while laying in the pool. The cocktail bar you can order at from the water is a nice touch. If you’re looking for a fairly priced, awesome resort. Look no further.
