The living room overlooks the street, while the windows in other rooms open onto a very small courtyard. The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage. Everything necessary for cooking was available in the apartment. Essential supplies such as dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper, shower gel, and soap were left in the apartment. Previous guests had left spices, sugar, salt, and similar items for use.

The little terrace had an awning over so great for either shade or sun It was extremely clean. And staff were friendly without being intrusive.

Quite basic but a wonderful place if you are not needing modern accommodation. Coffee machine was much used. We are on balcony a lot. Super handy for everything El Cotillo has to offer. Davide and the ladies are a great team . Will return without fail. Just glorious.

It couldn’t be situated more centrally in El Cotillo and it couldn’t be more homely and comfortable.JamesYoung couple

The environment was very calm, and still closeby the center of the village with shops, restaurants etc. I really appreciated the host contacted me after making the booking, and i could stay easily in contact during the whole time of my stay if i wanted to. The owner also offered me a transfer from and to the airport which i took advantage of, very nice!
