You don't need keys, you can get into the accommodation using the code they will send you before the start of your stay. Communication with the accommodation was quick and efficient. It completely exceeded our expectations.

Avoid restaurants on ocean drive that do not display prices on their menus!!! Especially when they lure you in for their 'buy 1 get 1 free' then you find out the '1' cost $40 - without tax and without the 18% service charge that as added on top at EVERY restaurant/bar along ocean drive
