The hotel is located the middle of the old town of Innsbruck. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Imperial Palace Innsbruck is 200 metres from the property. The staff is just amazing! They have big hearts and always ready to help the guests. I already miss the staffs who say HELLO to you with warm hearts. Linda was superb with the help of making reservations of my train which was a little complicated for me as foreigners. Furthermore, the breakfast is incredibly beautiful and the healthy ingredients are all from the regional farmers! I really liked being at the beautiful Cafe where they serve breakfast. :) Visiting Innsbruck again, I'd definitely come back the hotel!

Se afla intr-o zona linistita, iar seara cand am ajuns noi, era un miros tipic de sat, care ne-a placut foarte mult...parca ajunsesem la bunici la tara. Zona foarte linistita si o priveliste chiar frumoasa spre munti. Parcarea subterana ne-a placut mult, masina a fost in siguranta, in conditii foarte bune. Micul dejun fabulos, pe terasa hotelului de langa, Das Mei, a fost cireasa de pe tort.

Mi-a plăcut hotelul in sine, locația, faptul ca poți lua autobuzul care te duce (din 10 in 10 minute) în centrul istoric al Innsbruck-ului chiar din fata hotelului (ți se da și un card pentru transport gratuit, este inclus în prețul cazării, dacă sunt rezervate mai mult de doua nopti). Personalul este dragut, micul dejun variat, multe fructe.

That was by far the most pleasant stay in my life. The room was quite spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was insane. There was a pool and a sauna, which added up to the comfort. And last but not least, dinners and breakfasts were very good. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again next year!

Everything! Right from the staff, the room, the facilities and the location, everything was extremely good. The staff was so supportive in solving every problem, making us aware of the tours and the public transportation and giving us help wherever required. The hotel is centrally located and the bus station is right in front which makes easier to navigate.
